Romans 3:27-31: Soli Deo Gloria-Why boasting is impossible
This opens Romans 3:27-31 by explaining what it means to be a Reformed Baptist, walking through the five Solas of the Reformation as a way into Paul’s argument that boasting is excluded once we understand faith rightly. If justification were by works there would be room to boast, but because it comes by faith alone, all room for human pride before God is shut out.
